The Final

The struggle that i have face in this project
Don't know what really can do at the first time. At first i thought it is just easy to do in this project, just design the whole bus stop will do, but Dr.Nurul asked us how about the budget? then we realise that the budget is RM2244, we are in the time and have no idea how to solve the problem

In this project my group member is also my friend, so i am struggle because i try my best not to scold her or etc.. i am a diploma student i also have my expectation on this project, and my group member not really used to the software(illustration, photoshop), I am struggle whether want to give her do the illustration, but in the end i let her handle some of the parts, and i think she really try her best to do it, and she improved a lot.

Teamwork Communication
Sometimes I don't really understand what my member are talking about, especially when we chat in the facebook inbox.

Memorable and Fun moments
Thanks Dr. Nurul give us this project. We know each other better when we gone through this Happiness Project, and we talk alot about ghost stories, happy to see the outcome when we are doing the prototype. We also are very excited when we share some of the ghost stories with others, its really fun and memorable.

How do you think this Happiness Project can give to Georgetown, Penang?
This is not only promote our festival and is also bring happiness to all people. People might be curious what is this all about, what is Chinese Ghost Festival, it has a very interesting behind story about Chinese Ghost Festival. In our survey we know that nowadays people love mysterious  thing, especially GHOST, many people are scare but yet they are very interested to know it. And why we are using comic style and not horror style to designed it? Because horror don’t give happiness right? And comic style is cute and also can send the message about Chinese Ghost Festival to everyone.

Today class we need to think about the idea for what we need to do in this Happiness Project by using the sticky notes. What we have think of we just write it down, when finish we can clearly know how to tackle the issues of this problem.

Outing again with group member
Title: Finding bus stop station

We know that a bus stop is a structure to let buses stop to pick up and drop off passengers. Bus stop usually simply a place on the roadside, where buses can stop. It may be intended as a terminal station for a number of routes, or as a transfer station where the routes continue. 

Nowadays people seldom sit bus because of that people don't really know where is the bus stop and the bus stop around the Georgetown, Penang is really dirty and getting rusty, people maybe feel uncomfortable when they are sitting there waiting the bus to come. So, me and my group member think that we can do something new to let people happy and can enjoy while waiting the bus. There are some bus station that we have take picture around Georgetown, Penang. 

This is the bus stop at Georgetown area, we can see that people simply stick their advertisement at the bus stop and nobody maintain it.

People are boring when waiting for bus

Outing with lecturer Dr. Nurul and coursmates

This telephone booth is very old, and nowadays in this generation people seldom use telephone booth to phone each other, because everyone have their own hand phone. I think that this telephone booth will become more unique because it is getting lesser. In my though when i see this telephone booth, i think we have to retain this telephone booth.

Ouch!! The sharpen edges beside. People just simply tie the sharpen edges with a cloth and raffia string. Think about if i can do something on it.

Homeless people sleep under the shade, don't dare to take picture on him, scare he wake up and saw me take picture on him, so i try to sketch.

Reach to the first checkpoint, Jawi House Cafe! The street is too narrow and sometimes people will walk center of the road , when the car passed by they will keep pressing hon. It is dangerous when the car does not see you walking.

I saw this in a corner near the Jawi House Cafe checkpoint.

A very cute design at the small door there, sometimes when we din't observe clearly when we walk we cannot see all those cute stuff. It is fun that when you walking on the streets you can see more things than driving a car or either sit inside the bus.

Mind Map about what is happiness

The defination of happy. Happy can be a lot of kind such as freedom, joy, pleasure grateful and etc..

This is my happiness when i was small i love to climb tree, is lot of fun, because is like a hero. Besides that i love to watch pokemon, playing "PAC Man", game boy, and i will use my mummy's phone to play the snake game, It i quite a lot of fun. Until i'm much more older, i seldom play any of that game anyone, but when i think back, it's really makes me happy.

This happiness is about friend's happiness, when we discuss in a group I really don't know that happy also can be related to time, or organization, or even finger language. I really getting more exciting about this happiness project.
